Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from Motion Maple
- Are in their original condition
- Show no signs of wear or use
- Include original packaging and all accessories
- Are accompanied by the original proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized running shoes
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Socks and other intimate wear items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging or missing components
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at ask@motionmaple.com to initiate your return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions
- Package your return securely with all original materials
- Include the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our returns department at:

Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the returned items within 2-3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation of the inspection results
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refund processing typically takes 5-10 business days
- The refund amount will include the product price minus any shipping costs
Exchange Options
For exchanges:
- We offer direct exchanges for different sizes of the same model
- Exchanges for different models will be processed as a return and new purchase
- Exchange items must be in stock at the time of processing
- Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns
- Motion Maple is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will arrange return shipping at our expense
- Expedited processing will be applied to these cases
